TUMBLING

Our tumbling program is gymnastics based and focused on making sure your tumbler has proper technique while mastering a skill.

  • What levels of tumbling do you offer?

    • We offer Tiny, 101, Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced and Elite tumbling classes.

  • How do I know what tumbling class to register for?

    • Each tumbler will be evaluated on their first day. Based off that evaluation, our staff will share what class is appropriate for your tumbler.

  • How long are tumbling classes?

    • Tumbling classes are 30 to 60 minutes 1 day a week.

  • How do I register for classes?

    • You can click here to sign up online. You will sign-up by age group and level of experience.

Ages 7 and under, learn the basics and build strength to prepare them for future power tumbling! Master all foundation skills and understand athlete discipline. 

TINY

Ages 7 and older, learn the basics and build strength to prepare them for future power tumbling! Master all foundation skills and understand athlete discipline.

101

Ages 8 and older, continue basic training and overcome fear to prepare for hip overhead rotation and control in our muscle/body awareness. Master walkovers and flexibility.

(Level 1-2 in AllStar Cheer)

PURPLE

Ages 8 and older, take control to a powerful level and continue to build muscle. Master back handsprings and round offs on both, left and right side. 

(Level 3 in AllStar Cheer)

GOLD

Ages 8 and older, use their power, strength, control, and level up to airborne skills and running tumbling. Master Multiple back handsprings and tucks.

(Level 4 in AllStar Cheer)

BLACK

Ages 8 and older, challenge themselves and each other to full corner passes, combination tumbling - both running and standing and conquer all fears. Master Layouts, Fulls, Arabians & more.

(Level 5+ in Allstar Cheer)

ELITE
